Australian Visa Information<\/h1>\n

Persons wishing to travel to Australia to participate in international commercial arbitration proceedings (including tribunal members, legal counsel, party representatives, lay and expert witnesses) may apply for one of the following visas:
\n\u2022 Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) \u2013 subclass 601
\n\u2022 eVisitor visa \u2013 subclass 651
\n\u2022 Visitor visa \u2013 subclass 600
\n\u2022 Temporary Work (Short Stay Activity) visa \u2013 subclass 400<\/p>\n

A person\u2019s nationality and their intended activities in Australia will determine which visa is appropriate. In particular, persons who will be working for an Australian organization will not fit the definition of \u2018business visitor\u2019 and should apply for the Temporary Work (Short Stay Activity) visa \u2013 subclass 400.<\/p>\n
